I am looking for the title of a movie that Cary Grant was in where he and his wife adopted children who had problems. A boy had a leg brace. I don’t know what the name of it was but if you could e-mail me the title I would appreciate it. It is driving me crazy that I can’t think of the name.

I was just thinking about that movie as I was searching for Dear Ruth and Mister Scoutmaster. Yes, this should be the movie you are looking for. I remember it well.

Anne and “Poppy” Rose are the average American family, with three quirky kids. Anne has a good heart and gives lost cats and dogs a home – and one day also the orphan Jane, a problem child who already tried to kill herself once.
